Job Summary
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company objectives while analyzing sales and market trends to anticipate product needs. Produce layout plans for stores, maintain shelves by stocking products and removing dated items, and monitor stock movement to consider markdowns and promotions. Ensure displays optimize sales through proper quantity and arrangement. Build professional relationships with internal and external management. Requires access to a smart device, ability to lift 25lbs regularly and 50lbs on occasion, and reliable transportation for daily store travel. Full training provided with hourly pay starting at $16 to $18 per hour.
