Job Summary
Support sales and marketing efforts by assisting customers with inventory management in the assigned account, including delivery assistance, stocking and maintaining shelves, cold box, and back room. Enhance shelf visibility and retail inventories per merchandising standards; collaborate with Sales Representatives and Corporate Mass Marketing to ensure proper inventory for shelf, counter, cold box, and displays; adhere to brand standards; build rapport with store managers; share brand and product knowledge with managers and customers as needed. Flexible hours and ability to work independently, with physical duties including lifting up to 40 pounds and travel to visit customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred
- Massachusetts driver’s license and registration
