Job Summary
Ensure customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards while guaranteeing satisfaction in back rooms, beverage sections, displays, and coolers. Utilize technology and applications throughout the day to clean and organize shelves with customer equipment, rotate products using a first-in-first-out system, and build promotional displays per supervisor instructions. Maintain and organize back stock areas safely, prepare for return credited product unfit for sale, and attend assigned meetings or assist with special projects. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
- Ability to maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
