Job Summary
Merchandiser at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for ensuring customer locations are properly stocked and rotated per company standards, maintaining back rooms, displays, and shelves, and building promotional items as directed by supervisor. The role involves daily restocking of coolers, racks, and displays (with FIFO stocking), maintaining safe store environments, developing internal/external customer relationships, and attending meetings or assisting with special projects. Requires use of technology throughout the day, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend/holiday availability, valid drivere24s license, and ability to travel within local routes. Compensation ranges from $19.05 to $23.81 per hour with benefits and overtime opportunities; schedule includes early start times and five 8-hour shifts per week.
