Merchandiser

Merchandiser needed to drive brand development and promotional efforts in the CT region by visiting K&B showrooms, fabricators, and design studios. Responsibilities include engaging business owners and decision makers, qualifying showroom opportunities for displays and marketing, conducting product updates and education for retail partners, gathering customer information for CRM records, ensuring displays and marketing collateral are in place, and supporting distribution centers. The role is field-based (80% out in the field) with a rotating Saturday schedule, requiring heavy lifting up to 50 pounds, driving between locations, and occasional extended weekend hours. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and prior sales/customer service experience are preferred.
