Job Summary
Merchandiser role focused on maximizing product inventory, building displays, processing freight, stocking merchandise, placing signage, and supporting online operations including fulfilling orders and curbside/delivery as needed. Responsibilities include delivering customer service, greeting customers, promoting products and promotions, maintaining alcohol sales compliance, safety, and store cleanliness, plus cross-functional duties and potential involvement in wine, spirits, and beer training; requires flexible schedule including evenings/weekends and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. If delivery is added, duties may include loading and delivering orders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
