Merchandiser

Merchandiser role in Pasadena focusing on maximizing product inventory, processing freight, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations including fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as assigned. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and informing them about products and services; participating in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge; maintaining knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs; ensuring safety/compliance in the store and adhering to alcohol-sale regulations; completing cross-functional duties as needed; and performing delivery work if designated. Requires familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software, a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and physical ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied environments. Education preferred: high school diploma or equivalent. 21+ years old.
