Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, pulling merchandise, building displays, and placing signage. Support digital business operations through order fulfillment, in-store pick-up, and curbside delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and promotions. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards while adhering to alcohol sales laws and regulations. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned, including participating in wine, spirits, and beer training. Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, requiring the ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
