Job Summary
Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, building displays, and fulfilling orders for in-store and curbside pick-up. Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging with them to build relationships, and informing them about products and promotions. Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to maintain product knowledge while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned, including driving and making deliveries if needed, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
