Job Summary
Merchandiser role at Swire Coca-Cola with schedule 6:00am–2:30pm, Friday–Tuesday (weekends required), pay $25/hour and potential overtime. Responsibilities include ensuring customer locations are stocked and rotated per standards, maintaining back rooms, displays, coolers, and shelves, developing customer relationships, and executing promotional placements per supervisor instructions. Daily tasks involve using technology/tools, cleaning and organizing shelves, restocking coolers and displays with FIFO stock, building displays, organizing back stock, attending meetings, and assisting with special events/projects. Requirements include age 18+, valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record, ability to travel between stores, lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
