Job Summary
Merchandiser duties include ensuring all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated per company standards, maintaining back rooms and displays, building promotional items, restocking coolers and shelves, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities also cover organizing and replenishing inventory, applying FIFO stocking practices, attending meetings, and assisting with special projects/events. Required skills include stocking/rotating products, operating in-store equipment, meeting schedules, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for store travel, and willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed. The role is within a scheduled shift of 5:00am–3:30pm (4x10s) with OT as needed; location is Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
