Job Summary
Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using customer equipment to maintain a safe environment. Restock coolers, displays, and racks with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure quality via a first-in-first-out system. Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions. Maintain and organize back rooms, preparing for return any credited product unfit for sale. Utilize required technology and applications throughout the day. Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects. Maintain a valid driver's license and operate a reliable vehicle for local routes. Lift up to 50 pounds safely. Work weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
- Ability to maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
