Job Summary
Ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards, guaranteeing satisfaction in back rooms, beverage sections, and displays. Utilize technology and applications throughout the day to clean, organize shelves, and restock coolers, racks, and displays with labels facing outward. Rotate products using a first-in-first-out system to ensure quality, build promotional displays by moving and stacking items per supervisor instructions, and maintain back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale daily. Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. Schedule is 6am-3pm with overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
- Ability to maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
