Job Summary
Merchandiser/Stocker – Hub at O'Reilly Auto Parts: responsibilities include keeping the front floor stocked, fronted, and clean; stocking merchandise according to planograms; performing sales preparation; greeting customers; checking in, pricing, and stocking; updating sale signage; assisting with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; coordinating with ISS and delivery specialists for installer deliveries; acting as a liaison between ISS, delivery specialists, and store management; and supporting store operations such as route planning and safety. Required skills include numeracy, organization, and, ideally, stocking experience; multilingual ability (Spanish) is highly desired. The role emphasizes teamwork, security, and adherence to company guidelines, with a focus on maintaining an efficient, well-organized sales floor and supporting the hub’s pull and delivery processes.
