Job Summary
Stock and front-floor merchandising to planograms; greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if needed; keep merchandise fronted, stocked, and clean; update pricing and sale materials; assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; coordinate with management to complete store To Do List and weekly tasks; act as main shoplifting deterrent/front-floor security; assist with HUB Store Order Puller duties, pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets; handle installation-delivery coordination, vehicle inspections, and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists; multilingual capability (Spanish) preferred; strong emphasis on accuracy in stock pulling, display updates, and adherence to company guidelines and safety.
