Job Summary
Stock merchandise according to planograms and displays; keep front floor stocked, fronted, and clean; greet customers and assist in locating merchandise or direct to a parts specialist; perform price changes, maintain sale materials, and support stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns; may serve as HUB Store Order Puller pulling parts quickly from stock; coordinate with ISS and delivery specialists for deliveries; assist with route planning and quarterly vehicle inspections; ensure back room and installer counter areas are clean and safe; participate in O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities; participate in store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; equal opportunity employer and comprehensive benefits described.
Required Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- good organizational skills
- Desirable: Previous stocking experience
- Desirable: ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
