Job Summary
As a Merchandiser/Stocker at O'Reilly Auto Parts, you'll be responsible for maintaining stock levels, assisting customers on the sales floor, and ensuring merchandise is organized and displayed according to company guidelines. Key duties include checking in stock, making display changes, managing pricing, and assisting with inventory tasks. You will also serve as a security presence on the front floor and assist with delivery preparation. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a good aptitude for numbers.

- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Good organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stocking experience
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
