Job Summary
Conduct cooler resets, warm set resets, and build displays across assigned territories to improve product availability and account penetration. Place POS materials and display racks while ensuring accurate pricing on all pack-outs, documenting every reset with before and after photos. Review and identify competitive activity, coordinate special event setups, and maintain strategic relationships with distributors. Perform special functions as assigned by the Branch Manager, who provides daily reset schedules. Requires a valid driver's license and BS degree preferred. Based in the Houston area.

- Proven success in merchandising
- Ability to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change
- Solid experience in Merchandising
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- BS Degree preferred
