Job Summary
Stock shelves, cold boxes, and displays with fresh products while rotating inventory and adhering to quality policies. Construct merchandising displays and place signage. Keep backroom and inventory areas clean, notify managers of product breakage, and maintain professional rapport with store personnel and customers. Adhere to current routes and complete all scheduled calls. Requires a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, auto insurance, and age 21 or older to sell alcohol in Kansas. Starting salary is $18/hr plus a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- High level of integrity, commitment, and possess a strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Valid driver license and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment in order to sell alcohol in the state of Kansas
- Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling kegs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry is helpful
