Job Summary
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products at assigned retail accounts while building displays and installing point-of-sale materials to maximize visibility. Work closely with Sales Representatives to execute promotions, identify out-of-stock conditions, and maintain positive relationships with store personnel. Safely operate merchandising equipment and manage a clean, organized environment while traveling between accounts across Monmouth, Ocean, and other NJ counties. This role provides hands-on experience in retail execution and customer relationships, serving as an entry point for career growth into sales and leadership within the beverage industry.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Eligibility for a Solicitor Permit issued by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control
- Ability to lift, carry, move, and stack products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist, reach, and work in a physically active environment
- Occasional mandatory weekend overtime
Desired Qualifications
- Prior merchandising, retail, customer service, warehouse, grocery, or beverage industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
