Merchandiser/Selling Event Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct itemized check-ins of delivered goods, complete bi-weekly customer inventory, and create orders based on established levels. Manage perishable deliveries, monitor truck maintenance, and perform merchandising resets while recommending cross-merchandising opportunities. Execute Go-Spot-Check missions and provide 1-on-1 training to customer employees on product knowledge, slicing techniques, and service standards. Cultivate relationships with deli management to understand evolving needs and challenges. Requires a flexible schedule with occasional weekend work, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Located in Waipahu, Hawaii.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, including basic math and reasoning
- Ability to speak and read English
- 1+ years of experience as a Brand Associate or three years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or similar role
- Successful mastery of Brand Associate essential functions and requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull objects up to 600 lbs
- Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment
- ServiceSafe certification
- DOT compliance and Safe Driver training
