Job Summary
Build and maintain product displays in compliance with Company standards while rotating merchandise in assigned beverage locations. Maintain appropriate product levels, including shelf allocation and cold drink equipment, and transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising and coupons. Remove improper packaging, defaced or dirty containers, and credit damaged product back to the plant. Face all products for customer appeal and stack and un-stack cases of soft drinks weighing between 5 to 40 pounds continuously. Utilize forklift or electric pallet jacks when possible and move heavy pallets with hand jacks. Report low stock and unsafe conditions to management, complete all store paperwork at each stop, and train new and existing Pull-Up employees. Work an average of 40 hours per week over 52 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- One (1) year general work experience required working with minimal supervision
- Twelve-month prior Pull-Up experience required with Company, with satisfactory twelve-month performance appraisal
- Ability to read
- Ability to respond to common inquires
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied both written and verbal
- Close attention to detail required to verify product stock numbers and date codes
- Valid driver's license
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product
- Must work an average of 40 hours per week, over 52 weeks
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry and/or move from 10 to 50 pounds
