Job Summary
Merchandiser responsible for merchandising beverage displays at assigned retail accounts, managing shelf stock, pricing guidelines, rotating products, maintaining cleanliness and appearance, and traveling daily by personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Works with Pull-Up team, trains new and existing employees, and uses pallet jack or forklift to move products. Maintains relationships with co-workers and customers, reports stock conditions and unsafe conditions, and adheres to company appearance standards; position involves heavy lifting and moving pallets across stores.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- One (1) year general work experience
- Twelve-month prior Pull-Up experience required with Company
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product
- Travel required daily (personal vehicle), mileage reimbursement
- Ability to respond to common inquiries
- Ability to read; basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to interpret various instructions; attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift/move 10-50 pounds
- No special software otherwise required
