Job Summary
Organised, analytically driven Merchandiser responsible for financial planning and stock management for AYBL and Because of Alice (BOA). Drive trading through range building, forecasting, and timely product availability in collaboration with Buying, Design, E-com, and Marketing. Manage stock and discounts, plan promotions based on stock performance, andPresent financial analyses in trade meetings to Heads of and Directors. Must effectively communicate and use data to identify opportunities, work with suppliers on quantities and delivery timescales, and support a fast-paced merchandising team. Flexible working with 35 hours per week; Redditch-based with on-site responsibilities and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making in fashion/fitness apparel.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- proven experience in a merchandising role
- ability to forecast sales and stock levels
- ability to work with Buying/Design teams
- ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage stock performance
