Job Summary
100% Merchandising in a retail environment: service products across assigned stores, follow planograms and standards, replenish inventory, and ensure displays are up to specification. Travel between accounts is required; complete hours as scheduled and record time using designated applications. Maintain communication with the Supervisor, seek approval for overtime, and report duties as requested. Develop relationships with store personnel and meet merchandising goals while adhering to attendance and background checks.
Required Qualifications
- General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
- Conduct self in a professional manner.
- Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
- Reliable transportation for travel.
- Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.
