Job Summary
100% Merchandising in a retail environment across designated stores in Alexander City, AL. Execute merchandising duties per planograms, replenish products, and may assemble shelves/display cases. Travel up to 100% of the time to cover territory; schedules and hours on designated weekdays with supervision from the Merchandising Supervisor. Must communicate with store personnel and Supervisor, record hours using designated applications, and seek approval for overtime or off-schedule work. Requires reliable transportation, familiarity with Movista, and proficiency with Word, internet, and email. Background check, 4-panel drug test (THC not included), and MVR clearance required. Part-time role with potential referral bonus after 6 months.
Required Qualifications
- General merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and detail-oriented
- Conduct self in a professional manner
- Adherence to the company’s attendance policy
- Reliable transportation
- Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications
- Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet
- Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications
- Employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance
