Job Summary
Merchandiser - Part-Time position serving product across multiple stores in Atmore, AL. Responsibilities include applying store and corporate merchandising standards, safely replenishing product, assembling shelves/racks and display cases per measurement guidelines, and servicing assigned stores according to a set schedule. Travel to cover the territory is required, with up to 100% travel. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability, ability to multitask, and proficiency with Movista, Word, internet, and email. Background check, 4-panel drug test (THC not included), and MVR clearance are conditions of employment. Reports to the Supervisor of Merchandising and focuses on maintaining planograms, store relationships, and accurate time/hrs reporting.
Required Qualifications
- General merchandising experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and detail-oriented
- Conduct self in a professional manner
- Adherence to the company’s attendance policy
- Reliable transportation for travel
- Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications
- Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet
- Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications
- Employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance
