Job Summary
100% Merchandising in a retail environment: service multiple stores, replenish product, follow planograms (POGs) and display guidelines, and travel within the assigned territory. Schedule-driven store visits with travel up to 100% of the time; coordinate with the Supervisor for duties outside scheduled hours, record work hours using designated apps, and maintain professional communication with store personnel. Requires reliable transportation, ability to use Movista (and other company apps), and proficiency with Word, email, and internet. Background check and drug test required; part-time role with non-exempt status.
Required Qualifications
- General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and detail-oriented.
- Conduct self in a professional manner.
- Adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
- Reliable transportation for travel.
- Able to use Movista and/or other company-required applications.
- Have personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
- Proficient with Word, the internet, and email applications.
- Employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.
