Job Summary
Arrange and maintain product displays according to company visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal promotions. Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and coordinate with store accounts to replenish stock. Balance the physical demands of lifting and carrying heavy weights while maintaining safety standards to prevent injury. Collaborate with retail sales teams to optimize product placement and enhance customer engagement at point-of-purchase locations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail environments involving physical handling of products
- Ability to lift and carry heavy weights safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail sales operations
- Familiarity with using hand trucks and other material handling equipment
