Job Summary
Build and maintain product displays in compliance with standards across beverage retail outlets selling Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper products. Monitor product levels, manage shelf allocation, and replace point-of-sale advertising while removing damaged containers. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stack and unstack cases weighing up to 40 pounds, and transport merchandise using a personal vehicle with daily mileage reimbursement. Complete store paperwork at each stop, report low stock and unsafe conditions to management, and train new Pull-Up employees. Maintain professional conduct and customer service expectations throughout the route.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- One (1) year general work experience required working with minimal supervision
- Twelve-month prior Pull-Up experience required with Company, with satisfactory twelve-month performance appraisal
- Ability to read
- Ability to respond to common inquires
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied both written and verbal
- Close attention to detail required to verify product stock numbers and date codes
- Valid driver's license
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product
- Must work an average of 40 hours per week, over 52 weeks
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry and/or move from 10 to 50 pounds
