Merchandiser

Merchandiser (Operations Trainee) responsible for all aspects of product merchandising in large format accounts, including stocking shelves and coolers, building and removing displays and ad features, organizing and rotating products on shelves and in the backroom, and moving product from the backroom to the sales floor. Essential duties include filling, merchandising, and rotating products according to merchandising standards; organizing backrooms; repacking damaged product for sale and arranging credits; building customer relationships at the store level and delivering best-in-class customer service; communicating with customers to identify product needs; ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; coordinating with merchandising teammates, delivery drivers, and presales representatives; following the established schedule including weekends; adhering to uniform and grooming guidelines; and performing other duties as assigned. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally), and frequent travel to store locations.
