Job Summary
Sales Merchandiser based in Rexburg, ID responsible for maintaining bakery products in assigned stores, stocking shelves, rotating outdated products for freshness, facing products for a neat, attractive display, and ensuring shelves reflect Franz Bakery quality. Duties include driving a company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations, loading/unloading product (including racks and trays), and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires 1+ years merchandising experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, strong organization and communication skills, passing a background check, drug screen, math test, and physical/physical capacity tests, and a clean driving record. Full-time schedule with hours between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandising position
- pass a pre-employment background check
- pass a drug screen
- pass a math test and a physical/physical capacity test
- clean driving record
- lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- ability to work between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends
- effective communication with a variety of individuals inside and outside the organization
- reliable, safe and organized
