Job Summary
Stock shelves, rotate outdated products, and face bakery items in assigned stores to ensure freshness and a neat appearance. Drive the company vehicle to deliver product to customer locations, loading and unloading racks and trays. Perform frequent physical activities including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds regularly. Work part-time between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends with a schedule determined at interview. Requires a clean driving record, current driving abstract, and ability to pass background checks, drug screens, and physical capacity tests.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time availability between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and weekends
- Solid work history
- 1+ years of experience in a similar merchandising position
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and perform frequent to constant handling activities
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, math test, physical and physical capacity test
- Clean driving record
- Ability to provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to maneuver large bulky racks of product
- Highly organized
- Fast paced
- Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals both inside and outside of the organization
- Proven work history of being reliable, safe and positive
- Ability to uphold the Franz core values
