Job Summary
Lead store merchandising and drive sales by executing weekly directives with the team, implementing visual strategies, and maintaining floorset integrity. Replenish the styling floor, manage markdowns with the Inventory Specialist, and ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day. Act as a team leader by communicating clearly, solving problems creatively, and working independently to uphold brand consistency. This role requires climbing ladders and lifting 20-30 pounds, with a schedule of 15-30 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills
- Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution that is in the best interest of the brand and the customer experience
- Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated
- Possess a level of creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills
- Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women's clothing
- Must be able to climb a ladder as needed
- Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
