Job Summary
Set out, rotate, and install point-of-sale displays for Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company products at various customer sites. Maintain merchandising standards, manage back-stock organization, and assist with price-management issues while acting as a liaison for the sales team. Perform minor display maintenance and report escalated repairs. Travel extensively to multiple locations daily, requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Communicate timely regarding account issues or opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to positively and effectively interact with customers
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation, and meet company insurance eligibility requirements
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and effectively solve on-site problems, while under potentially stressful situations
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to varying situations
- Regular, consistent attendance
- Ability to make frequent visits to multiple customer sites each day
- Lift 40 pounds up to shoulder height occasionally
- Lift up to 20 pounds above the head occasionally
- Push carts using 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Carry up to 40 pounds occasionally
