Merchandiser Part Time-Biltmore Fashion Park-Phoenix, AZ

Part-Time Merchandiser drives store sales and loyalty by delivering a well-merchandised, brand-appropriate store environment and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include executing weekly/monthly merchandising directives with store leadership and Regional Merchandise Manager/Director; applying visual strategies to maintain brand consistency and enhance the customer experience; upholding visual standards with the leadership team; reacting to sell-through and replenishing the styling floor focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity; partnering with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns and re-merchandise the styling floor as needed. Required skills include clear communication, collaborative and creative problem-solving, detail orientation with strong time management and multitasking, and the ability to work independently. Experience in visual merchandising for women’s clothing is required. Physical ability to climb a ladder and lift 20-30 pounds. Flexible scheduling options from as few as 8 hours to up to 30 hours per week.
