Job Summary
Execute merchandising strategies by restocking, substituting stock, and rotating products to ensure freshness and limit waste. Maintain store cleanliness by wiping spills, cleaning shelves, sweeping floors, and sanitizing areas. Share product information with guests and crewmembers while offering terminal and restaurant recommendations. This role requires ServSafe Certification within 30 days, the ability to lift 35 lbs, and flexibility for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. On the Go delivers dining and retail experiences across 300 airport locations, prioritizing guest service and team growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Fully conversational in English
- Must obtain ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired
- Ability to read labels accurately
- Self-motivated to restock, as required
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to pull/push product cart
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexible
