Job Summary
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products while rotating items to ensure freshness and removing damaged or outdated goods. Manage inventory levels effectively and maintain a clean, organized back stock area during regular visits to assigned retail stores. Build positive relationships with store personnel and ensure proper product placement to enhance brand presence and maximize sales opportunities. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time single-coverage health, dental, and vision plans with no premium.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer accounts
- Have a good driving record
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally, on the phone and in writing
- Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
