Job Summary
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with Mid-Wisconsin Beverage products at assigned retail stores while rotating goods for freshness and removing damaged inventory. Manage back stock areas to ensure clean organization and maintain positive relationships with store personnel. Visit customer accounts independently during daytime hours from Sunday through Thursday, applying basic math and reading skills to track product availability. This role impacts service efficiency and requires excellent communication with customers, employees, and internal departments. No supervisory responsibilities are held.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer accounts
- Have a good driving record
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general policies, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally, on the phone and in writing
- Ability to apply concepts of basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
