Job Summary
Execute merchandising directives and re-sets inside and outside big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's. Establish rapport with store personnel and customers while ensuring product is stocked and presentable at all times. Relay inventory opportunities to the Sales team and assist in identifying solutions selling and incremental space. Provide product knowledge to customers and store associates as needed. Work within the Field Sales team, reporting directly to a Sales Manager. Perform tasks independently and as a team, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 45 lbs. This seasonal role requires a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ability to routinely walk
- Ability to stand
- Ability to climb an 8-12 foot ladder
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to be exposed to weather elements (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain)
