Merchandiser Manager - Pensacola

Merchandising Manager overseeing merchandising staff and accounts to ensure Red Bull, beer, and other non-alcoholic products are merchandised per standards. Primary duties include directing merchandising employees, coordinating hiring/onboarding with supervision, training and development, coordinating with Delivery for daily merchandising, scheduling and timecard/vacation management, maintaining routing and daily updates, conducting weekly audits, supporting beer/non-alcoholic coolers and shelf resets, assisting with equipment delivery/setup, ensuring vehicle upkeep and safety, and maintaining clear communications with managers and staff. Weekend work is required and role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and adherence to company policies.
