Job Summary
Service product home locations, build and stock displays, and clean products. Manage inventories, meet with store management, and assist customers with soil selection while answering gardening questions for store personnel and consumers. Promote Kellogg branded products in assigned Home Depot stores during peak selling seasons. Requires outdoor work in a seasonal February-June schedule with 30+ weekday hours. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and a smartphone with data.
Required Qualifications
- Outdoor work environment
- Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift heavy objects weighing 50 lbs. or more consistently
- Must have a personal smartphone (Android 4.0 and up or iPhone 9.0 or later) with data
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of car insurance
- Clean driving record
- Seasonal (February-June)
- Weekdays (Monday-Friday)
- 30+ Hours
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years previous sales or retail experience
Desired Qualifications
- Garden experience is preferred but not required
