Job Summary
Merchandise assigned beverage locations at retail outlets; build and maintain product displays in compliance with Company standards; follow pricing structures for specific customer accounts; maintain appropriate product levels including shelf allocation and cold drink equipment; ensure clean, professional appearance; wear company uniforms; travel between stores on route with mileage reimbursement; meet customer service expectations and perform follow-up; train new and existing Pull-Up employees; maintain merchandising standards while rotating products; transport and manage point-of-sale advertising and coupons; report stock conditions and back-room issues; face products for customer appeal; handle 5–40 lb cases and move pallets using pallet jacks; complete store paperwork at each stop; work 40 hours per week; pull-up work group eligibility; comply with safety and accommodation policies; report unsafe conditions to management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- One (1) year general work experience required
- Twelve-month prior Pull-Up experience required with Company, with satisfactory twelve-month performance appraisal
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack to lift/move product
