Job Summary
Pack out off-premise accounts, communicate with store and grocery managers, and manage shelf space and coolers while rotating product using freshness codes. Build, resupply, and merchandise locations with relevant POS, pricing, and Point of Connection materials including neon signs and banners. Deliver promotional items, follow planograms, and report out-of-stock products. Use tools such as manual pallet jacks and hand trucks to maintain backstock areas. Perform frequent communication via phone, email, and text with direct managers, sales teams, and account managers. Complete ABU courses and utilize Encompass Mobile and Microsoft Outlook. Adhere to vehicle safety policies, maintain company vehicle cleanliness, and handle packaged items up to 30 lbs. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License for at least 5 years with a clean driving history
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to work effectively with limited immediate direction
- Above average oral and written communication skills
- Average computer knowledge, skills and experience
- Enthusiastic, team player interested in positive company growth
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations
- Have cell phone & internet access
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or Organizational Management is a plus
