Job Summary
Maintain positive relationships with retail customers while performing merchandising activities including product rotation, stocking, display execution, and installation of point-of-sale materials. Complete stock rotations, shelf resets, and backroom duties as needed, expediting product delivery when requested by management. Ensure all company products are properly displayed within an assigned territory. This role requires a valid driver's license, auto-liability insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing or walking an entire 8-12 hour shift. Onsite presence is required at non-company locations to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver's license
- Auto-liability insurance

- Experience with beverage product sales
- Experience in hospitality industry
- Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required
- Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
