Job Summary
Responsible for daily stocking, rotating products, and building displays at customer locations. Handles stocking, rotating, dusting, and display construction on the floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves, ensuring quality and timely execution. Works under minimal to direct supervision; follows safety and housekeeping policies. Performs duties such as documenting quantities received/distributed, adhering to on-the-job training, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Builds displays per supervisor/sales directions and Merchandiser procedures, and visits Odom customer locations to merchandise products while meeting store policies and timelines. Requires ability to lift up to 170 pounds occasionally, operating pallet jack/hand cart, and maintaining professional customer service during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Must have proof of insurance
- Must have good driving record
- Must have your own reliable means of transportation for getting to and from accounts
- Should be physically capable to lift cases and display units which are sometimes in excess of 70 pounds on a repetitive basis
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior retail stocking experience preferred
