Job Summary
Prepare for meetings and presentations by supporting the Merchandising team with photoshoot decks, agendas, and recaps. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Design, and Sourcing to ensure alignment, while conducting competitive research and market analysis to identify trends. Assist with reporting projects, postmortem analyses, and quarterly sample closet organization. Prepare, ship, and unpack samples for key meetings and photoshoots. Attend selected sales meetings to capture notes and distribute recaps. Proficient in business intelligence tools like Power BI is required. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field needed. Consistent in-office presence Monday–Thursday in Jersey City, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Consistent in-office presence required Monday–Thursday
