Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality for store and online sales while processing items to meet daily production goals. Pivot between work areas to support production targets, solve problems, and communicate effectively with management and peers. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols by reporting hazards. Complete all required trainings and meetings, perform assigned duties per playbooks, and demonstrate sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Goodwill of North Georgia's mission to turn donations into vocations for over 16,000 people in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
