Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to sell in retail stores while processing items to meet daily production goals. Pivot between multiple work areas to support operational targets, identify problems, and seek management support when needed. Communicate effectively with team members and peers, consistently following training playbooks and work instructions. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety practices, including reporting hazards. Must start in safety work shoes, work in all conditions, and lift up to 30lbs. Available Monday through Sunday during operating hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate sound judgement
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
- Must start employment in acceptable safety work shoes
- Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold and dust
- Must be able to meet all physical requirements to perform the duties of the position including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time as well as the ability to push, pull and lift up to 30lbs with or without accommodation
- Must be available to work Monday through Sunday during operating hours as needed
