Job Summary
Examine and grade donated goods to determine quality for store and online sales. Process items to meet daily production goals while pivoting between work areas as needed. Identify and resolve operational problems, communicating effectively with management and peers to maintain team cooperation. Perform tasks according to training playbooks and work instructions while keeping your area neat, clean, and organized. Adhere to safety and security practices, including reporting hazards and injuries. Attend all required trainings and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
